Samsung's updated Note7 phones have been receiving complaints from their customers, reports says the new Smartphones are also faulty.
Samsung recalled its latest Galaxy Note7 due to its overheating and exploding issues reported by customers and got them replaced with their updated Note7 phones.
2.5 million Samsung Note7 were recalled because of the complaints its users made and during the period of this recall, the Us regulators and Airline Safety Organization warned users to turn off their phones when in an aeroplane.
The updated Note 7 which Samsung issued a week ago after the recall of the Smartphones at the beginning of the month have been receiving lots of complaints too. The phones have been reported to have been loosing power easily, even when charging and becoming unexpectedly hot, overheating.
Samsung had lost a total of $26 billion instead of the estimated $1billion in the period of the recall of the Samsung Note 7.
