If you recharge #100 u get 50Mb + airtel-airtel airtime bonus valid for a day
#200, u get 200MB + airtel-airtel airtime bonus valid for 2 days
#500, u get 500MB + airtel-airtel airtime bonus valid for 7days
#1000, u get 1000MB + airtel-airtel airtime bonus valid for 2 weeks.
BlackBerry users could just use the #1000 after getting 1000mb to subscribe for 3gb 1k using *431# and *123*175# to check, making 4 gb in total just for 1k
Android users could load #1500 and get 1500 mb and then use the #1500 to subscribe to get 3gb using *440*16# making 4.5gb in total just for #1500
